The Betty Mackintosh Academy Course

Our Par 3 Academy course is a family friendly golf course. Opened in June 2017, the course offers the ideal opportunity for families and people starting to play golf. Situated on land at Pen-y-Mynydd the course offers spectacular views over the Bristol Channel.

The average hole length is just over 50 yds and the course is particularly suitable for juniors, beginners or those looking for an easier game, while still providing interest to those more experienced or accomplished golfers wanting to improve their short game.

No advance booking required – Pay and play.

Rounds of 9 or 18 holes are available and anyone wanting to try golf for the first time can hire clubs at the Professionals Shop, we do not have a dress code, all we ask is that you’re appropriately dressed, with suitable outdoor clothing and trainers or soft spikes, and handicaps are not required.
