Booking, Deposit, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please take some time to read the important information below in regard to the booking, deposit, refund & cancellation policy. This policy applies to all bookings and is as follows:

  • Green fees or Dormy House bookings a deposit of 25% must be paid within 7 days of booking taken for us to confirm the booking. Invoice balances may be settled on the day by cheque, debit/credit card or the option of a BACS transfer is also available. We do not accept American Express.
  • Refunds are only offered if the course is closed, for any other reason you are at risk of losing your 25% deposit.
